Major General (Rtd) Clement-Bollée joins SG F

16/03/16 The former head of the defence and security cooperation at the French ministry of foreign affairs (2010-2013), Major General (Rtd) Bruno Clément-Bollée, joined Sovereign Global France as Vice President since March 1rst, 2016.

We are glad to welcome Bruno Clément-Bollée who will be notably in charge of the security sector reform, DDR programs.

With more than 40 years of military service in the French Army (Marine Corps), Bruno Clément-Bollée spent most of his military career in Africa, where he was deployed in Senegal, Chad, Central Africa Republic, Djibouti and Cote d’Ivoire. He also commanded humanitarian operations following natural disasters in Madagascar, Comoros, Mozambique, Mauritius, Seychelles, Ethiopia, Togo, Niger, Ghana…

During his service with the French Marine Corps, he has held high ranking positions such as, Head of International Military Relations, Deputy to the President’s Chief of Staff, Commander of the Southern Indian Ocean territories and lead the French Forces deployed in Cote d’Ivoire.

Bruno Clement Bollée left active service in 2013 after coordinating French military and security cooperation andspent the last two years in Cote d’Ivoire as coordinator in charge of the DDR programs for the government of Côte d’Ivoire where he successfully managed the reintegration opf more than 70 000 former combatants.
